BANGLALINK DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED ANNOUNCES NEW SYNDICATED TERM FACILITIES AGREEMENT

Amsterdam, 26 December 2017 – Global Telecom Holding S.A.E. ("GTH") (EGX: GTHE.CA), an Egyptian joint stock company today announces that its subsidiary, Banglalink Digital Communications Limited ("Banglalink"), has entered into a new floating rate term facilities agreement of BDT 29.3 billion (approx. USD 353 million) (the "TL"), divided in two tranches. The first tranche BDT 10.7 billion (approx. USD 129 million) has a three-year tenor and the second tranche BDT 18.6 billion (approx. USD 224 million) has a five-year tenor. The TL includes an option to increase the amount of the facilities up to a total amount of BDT 40 billion.
